Initially, the front desk staffs, they were so nice to invite us glasses of welcome drinks, which are really good and tasty. Secondly, the room was so beautiful and stunning, even the scent, which makes us feel so comfortable to stay. The last but not least, the buffet and coffee are good also. Generally, they entirely brought me a memorable stay.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, bar and views of sea, Sofiana My Khe Hotel & Spa is situated in Da Nang, 150 metres from My Khe Beach. We booked this hotel last minute. It was a great find. We only stayed one night before our flight to hanoi. I wish we could have stayed longer. The massages were excellent! The staff was amazing.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional staff members who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the professional and friendly front desk staff. Throughout my stay, every interaction with the hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. The staff members at Hotel Halina truly understand the importance of customer service. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries, provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options, and ensure that all my needs were met promptly. Whether it was arranging transportation or offering helpful tips about navigating the city, their level of attentiveness and care was commendable. Moreover, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Da Nang.
