The room, the staff and the prosecco as a welcome drink 😉. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh and healthy(a la carte and buffet) and very good quality. We were amazed about the really aggressive guests we saw arguing/complaining with the staff/management on the day we left (25th of April). But the management handled this really well with the wellbeing of the other guests in mind. We felt for them, these guests were horrible and very aggressive. Never seen anything like this so don't believe any strange negative reviews they are probably putting online!!

It’s the hotel with the soul and the addition to details there is amazing. The room that we got had a beautiful garden view. We received some treats on our welcome which was very kind. The rooms are very clean, lovely decorated and are equipped with suite pads where you can find all the information about the hotel, book your meal or a spa treatment. Staff members was very friendly and helpful and food was exceptional. Overall we very much enjoyed our short stay in this charming hotel and 100% we will visit it again.
