The location is very convenient for exploring Toulouse. The room was small but well decorated and laid out with everything you could want. Located 500 metres away from the medieval city of Carcassonne, Hôtel Le Parc - La Table de Franck Putelat offers free WiFi, rooms serviced by a lift and a 2-Michelin star restaurant with a terrace. The jacuzzi on the terrace was a real plus to have in the cold winter after all that walking in town. It's long enough for a couple to stretch their legs completely. We received clementines and cannelé in our room upon arrival too. At first we thought that breakfast was a bit expensive, but it turns out that it really was very copious (we didn't realise you could choose not to check several boxes, so we checked them all...). So just be careful of this if you order in-room breakfast and don't want to waste food! The bread basket is massive!

This is an almost brand new hostel, with an unique design and very well equipped and clean rooms that have everything of necessity. The highlight of the room is the beds, which are super isolated and offer plenty of privacy, making them kind of mini-rooms in themselves, creating a cozy atmosphere which facilitates a restful sleep that you don't usually get in hostels. The location of the hostel is kind of isolated from the main parts of the city, but you do gave a Carrefour right outside. Eating at the property's restaurant is fairly expensive, but there are cheaper alternatives not too far off, and the nearby Carrefour can also be of great help.
