We booked a triple but got a bonus small alcove room off to the side of the bathroom which gave more space. Parking super easy and spacious. Great restaurant across the street. Best breakfast ever !!!

Rooms are large and clean , bright and comfortable. Bathroom is modern , clean and bright . The restaurant serves an excellent and diverse menu at a very reasonable price point . Great inside and secure bicycle storage . The best part of this excellent hotel restaurant is the staff . The reception was very friendly and helpful . One of the owners , Alex Häusler , who we had the opportunity to meet and speak at length with was a great host - full of knowledge and local history and was a pleasure to speak with . His English was much better than my German . Will return to this place whenever we are in the area on one of our bicycling adventures in Bavaria ,

Offering free Wi-Fi, this hotel is located 20 metres from the River Traun in Ruhpolding. Guests enjoy free on-site parking. This was our second time to stay here and we were not disappointed. It is the perfect location for visiting this area of Germany. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. The owner is extremely helpful to recommend sights to see and places to eat. She made our meal reservations all 4 nights we were there...and each place was excellent. It was a short and easy walk into town which was nice.
