This hotel was located about a minute drive from a highway exit, so we did not lose any time that we would have lost if for example we stayed in Berlin and had to enter the city. Apart from that the facilities are super nice and modern. The stuff was very polite and helpful + we got free parking.

Colazione varia, deliziosa e abbondante. La posizione dell'Hotel eccezionale: confinante con lo stupendo parco di Sanssouci, in pieno centro, davanti la porta di Brandeburgo di Potsdam, in zona servita. Il bagno funzionale ma per il tipo di Hotel e Costo dovrebbe essere con bidet. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Quando tornerò a Potsdam ritornerò in questo Hotel, magari sperando di avere qualche promozione per il prezzo..

La S-banh 25 e 26 per Berlino si trova a 3 km, nei pressi c'è un parcheggio gratuito. Per i biglietti c'è il distributore automatico, anche per la welcome Berlin, si arriva a Brandeburgo Tor in 20 mn, comodissimo.

It was very clean with very good decor, the room was extremely comfortable and high specification. The breakfast was unbelievable, best I’ve experienced in a while, there was definitely something for everyone’s taste. And the place was spotless.

All staff were very friendly and I felt our convenience and comfort was in their best interests. They were all kind to our children. Kids club had diverse activities. The Easter program they prepared were absolutely the highlights, including the Easter bonfire and egg hunting.

I really liked the location - very relaxing, with a great view from a spacious room. The room had good ammount of furniture to sit on and relax - it was a also quite clean and quiet. The breakfast was also quite good. There was a big parking place for the guests but additionally charged. I could buy bus tickets at the reception.

It is very beautiful hotel! We had a perfect room for the family with two children. Spa was excellent and breakfast and dinner buffet ware tasty. Personal quite helpful and nice.

Ho trovato in generale tutto eccezionalmente studiato e funzionante. A me personalmente è piaciuto moltissimo lo scivolo "Amazonia", divertente, originale ed adatto a tutti. Avendo pernottato abbiamo anche potuto godere di una fantastica abbondante e gustosa colazione, prima di iniziare la seconda strepitosa giornata.

Very comfortable and clean room. Amazing breakfast in a pleasant restaurant with a lovely view of the lake. The staff was very kind and helped us enormously with a small problem we had (forgotten key). This is an excellent (and probably the best) choice to stay in Lausitzer Seenland

The location was amazing with the lake near by and my kids enjoyed it! It’s really quiet place for relaxing and rooms are spacious. I really appreciate that the host has been in contact with me all the time and provides all towels and bed sheets in the room before we arrived and really good communication! I want to tank to the receptionist because they speak really good English and they we’re really helpful! We will definitely comeback again soon. Danke
