Opened in 2014, Vienna House by Wyndham zur Bleiche Schaffhausen is located on the edge of the Old Town of Schaffhausen and features a restaurant with a show kitchen, a sun terrace and free WiFi... everything - upgraded to Jr suite and it was worth the money! Loved the room!!!

Dating from 1654, this traditional hotel in the historic centre of Schaffhausen is just a 5-minute walk away from the train station. Hotel2B features the restaurant US-Mex and has a bar. There is more in it as you might think. The staffs were super friendly and helped me with my very late arrival. The room was fantastic for me as a traveler who seeks something special. The room fit out is modern despite the look of the classic furniture. Everything has taste and style compared with a typical Swiss understatement. The room was enormous spacious, the bed big and for my taste too firm, the bathroom was not big, but modern, tasteful and clean.

Situated in the centre of Schaffhausen, Hotel Kronenhof offers views of the Munot Fortress, free Wi-Fi, and 2 restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kronenhof. Excellent Buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable double room with ensuite. Walking distance from train station and ferry port. Right in centre of Old Town. Definately recommended for fellow travellers.

Located opposite the train station of Schaffhausen, Best Western plus Hotel Bahnhof is only 200 metres away from the historic quarter and the Rhine River. It offers free WiFi throughout the property. Good location, helpful stuff, very good breakfast, clean, special smoking room inside . You don’t aloud to smoke in your room!But it nice to see consideration for those who didn’t quit smoking yet…

Centrally located in Stein am Rhein, Hotel Rheinfels is housed in a historic building from the 14th century and features a restaurant with a large terrace facing the river. Stein am Rhein is beautiful--a veritable museum of late medieval architecture. The hotel is in the middle of the "museum" and the streets are a delight to walk through. Hotel service, room, and breakfast were all excellent.

Situated amid a park-style garden, this family-run hotel is a 5-minute walk away from the Schaffhausen Train Station and the city centre. Stuff was very kind and helpful. Room was super clean. Breakfast was nice and rich.

Located in a quiet area in Schaffhausen, 600 metres from the Rhine River and 3 km from the Rheinfall, the biggest waterfall in Europe, Hotel Park Villa features an à la carte restaurant serving... Park Villa is an excellent hotel in a park, but very close to the centre of Schaffhausen and near the railway station. It also is very quiet. The first room they gave me didn't have a Rhine view, but when I asked for a room with more view, I could see the River Rhine from this second room. There is a railway track close to that room, but I could hardly hear it. Breakfast is not buffet style, but nevertheless very good.

Hotel Hohberg "Next to BBC Arena" is situated in a residential area on the edge of a forest, 4 km from the centre of Schaffhausen and 6 km from the Rhine Falls. Not far from city center with EV charger next to the hotel

Set in Ramsen bei Stein am Rhein, this charming hotel is 19 km away from the Rhine Falls. The restaurant serves typical Swiss cuisine and free Wi-Fi and free parking is available on site. Large, comfortable, clean room. Friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet with many homemade bread and jams, fresh eggs, good coffee. Good bicycle storage, excellent dedicated bike path between Stein am Rhein and Ramsen. Lovely, relaxing village.

Built in the 14th and 15th centuries, the prestigious Guildhall Rueden is a successful example of the architecture of this time. The refined façade allows you to forget the 21st century. I loved the building and the excellent central location, very beautiful. The room was also excellent, very clean and comfortable. I was also charmed by the friendly staff and great welcome and service. I would highly recommend Sorell Rüden for a wonderful stay in Schaffhausen!
