Our stay in this hotel was absolutely wonderful! We spent there the New Year and also our anniversary, and we couldn't have done better! This place has everything, rooms are perfect, modern, spacious, with amazing views. Tha spa area is also perfect and the breakfasts are delicious and rich. The whole hotel area is really quiet and perfect designed. It's really close to Zillertal Arena (1 minute by car) which is perfect if you want to ski. Owners and the whole staff are super nice and helpfull! We have certainly not been here for the last time.

Location is best possible 50 meters from ski lift (second photo was taken from ski lift) and in very center of Gerlos. They have private parking, ski storage, sauna. I will come back for sure.

Every care to remember our needs was evident while we enjoyed half board service. Additionally, there always a “snack hour” included for hotel guests from 1500-1630 with hot foods, soups, and dessert. The pool was warm and the spa area small but well appointed with steam, sauna, water beds, and lounge area. Our last morning was the day before Easter and our breakfast table delighted the kids as it was decorated with chocolate bunnies and candies! Could not recommend this more!

Från US$137 per nattLägenheten var väldigt ren och fin. Gott om plats för familj med två vuxna och två barn (9 och 11år) som delade säng. Lägenheten låg bra till för de olika skidområden som vi besökte. Tillräckligt med restauranger i närheten för oss. Väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående ägare som verkligen ville att vi skulle ha en bra semester. Egen tork åt pjäxorna och rum att ställa in skidorna. Hela Zillertal dalen är perfekt för skidåkning och passar alla. Väldigt nöjda!!

Lägenheten ligger mycket nära Zillertal Arena om man vill åka skidor. Trevlig värd som mötte oss vid ankomst, parkering framför huset som ligger i ett lugnt område.

Staying in Neuhaus Zillertal Resort is definitely worth it. Nice location, great SPA and fitness, delicious food. Pro tip: definitely do not skip the breakfast.

We chose ElisabethHotel for our little honeymoon and we couldn’t have chosen better! Everything was perfect - our room was clean, comfortable and super spacious, the food was excellent and we loved the luxorious spa! The staff was also very friendly and we even took the opportunity to get a massage (highly recommended!). We are already planning on coming back - thank you so much, HotelElisabeth!!

This place was truely amazing. The hotel itself looks like a beautiful modern castle a bit outside the city of Gerlos, surrounded by snowy plains and mountains. Rooms are surprisingly big, very modern while having a warm wooden touch, very clean, excellent bathroom facilities. Sauna and Swimmingpool are beautiful. Food was exceptional (!). While breakfast and lunch were buffets with a great variety, also for vegans, Dinner was a 5 course menu a la carte - with quality of a Michelin Starred restaurant. I could write an essay alone about the food. Staff was world class - friendly, approachable, compentent. Milan from the Restaurant staff was an exceptional host. Ski lift to Zillertal Arena is one street crossing away from the main entrance. Perfect. Overall, we felt like in a dream - thus I can confirm the name of this hotel being more than accurate. Travelling a lot around the world using hotels, this is one of the Top3 stays in my life. Thank you to the Hollaus Family for creating this beautiful place.
