Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help, especially Margit. the indoor and outdoor pool were so nice and the sauna was a hit also. Location is superb as it’s just across from the button lift. We would love to go back.

Rainer and Uschi made us feel part of the family after just a few days - they made the extra effort to pick us up from the bus stop, gave an attentive, personal service and were there for all our questions. The hospitality from the staff was exceptional, the best we have seen in a very long time. There were so many thoughtful touches from the housekeeping staff that made our stay that much more comfortable. We picked the dinner and breakfast package, which was spot on, and the restaurant had a very friendly atmosphere. We even made some new friends with those that we were sat next to. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel Schneeberger terletak di pusat Wildschönau-Niederau, menawarkan area spa dengan sauna, pemandian uap, dan hot tub. Lift ski berikutnya berjarak 300 meter. The hotel was pristine--super clean. The rooms were large and very comfortably appointed with wonderful balconies and amazing views of the gorgeous surrounding landscape. The breakfast buffet had a nice array of breads, cereals, nuts, jam, scrambled and boiled eggs, plus sliced meats. And the coffee was excellent! Niederau is a small village with several hotels but not much else. It appeared that nearly every hotel has its own restaurant so finding food in town wasn't a problem. We went for the Almatreib in Auffauch which was about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. It's a beautiful little town to relax and enjoy the lovely views.
