The staff is very kind, very professional, and I would especially single out Anja, Romano and Timo from the reception, Zoran from the Spa center and the younger guy from the restaurant ( during breakfast time). We are definitely coming again in January.

The location was perfect to get around and meet other family members who are staying in the town in various locations. From the minute we walked through the door of the hotel we were greeted by the owner Katharina and welcomed. The rooms were spotless and beautifully and simply decorated. The bathroom and overhead rainshower was super !The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I honestly can’t fault one single thing. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the front of the hotel terrace where we sat in the mornings to have our breakfast. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious and the kitchen cooked us lovely eggs to perfection. The hotel has two lovely dining rooms as well as the bar and lounge to relax in and although we didn’t have time to use these facilities they looked lovely and cosy. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone at the hotel. It has the feeling of being home from home and the owner has an exceptionally caring attitude to her guests. I cannot wait to visit and stay at the Storks hotel again

Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations: the kids' facilities are amazing - so many options. The choice of food was excellent and very creative and tasty; the little details such as an option to make your own fresh juice from tons of ingredients, or the sushi buffet, ramen buffet, etc. The pool area is very nice, with a warm pool - and it was completely empty in the evenings. The rooms were perfect and so was cleanliness. Everything is thoughtful for children in the first place - we are definitely coming back to visit Tante Frida.

A small family owend hotel, it seems that the whole family is invested in making your stay comfortable and fun. The staff was helpful and kind - from the main desk, to the waitress and the kitchen. The design of the room and the hotel itself was beautiful and updated. The room was as clean as possible. One of the best showers I've had in a hotel. There is a spa area in the hotel that we didn't get to use. Breakfast was excellent. In the evening the lobby becomes an inviting and cool looking bar with great snacks to eat, and fun atmosphere. Location is perfect in middle of town, near restaurants, supermarket, and the cable car. There is a hotel parking.
