Luksuslik ja esmaklassiline neljatärnihotell pakub kauneid vaateid Ötztali Alpidele, avaraid ja elegantseid tube ning Lääne-Austria ainukest kuumaveeallikat. Absolutely delightful experience. Room was spacious, clean, and the mountain view was stunning beyond belief. Staff was very polite, helpful and speaks English. Pools area is huge and very well maintained. SPA was beautiful and relaxing, located on 2 floors (!), with bar and terrace and outdoor thermal pools and saunas and indoor pool and complimentary hot and cold drinks and herbal scrub in the showers and... and and and.... Again stunning views - we could sit on the terrace for hours. But the best about this hotel was restaurant. We had half-board - both breakfast and dinner was just LOADED. I don't remember this level of variety and freshness of food selection in any other hotel. Waiters were super nice, attentive and trying to make us feel as comfortable as possible, while not being obtrusive. Especially Natalia and Nikola went far and beyond to help us with our every request. What a lovely stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Great brand new hotel! The rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. The owners were really helpful and nice! The view from our room was amazing. It was great to be able to sit on the terrace and admire the view. Also the touristic card given by the hotel allows to get a lot of things for free in the area. It is a big plus.

The room is cosy and spacious, perfectly isolated from sunlight. My wife and I took advantage of an offer that included dinner, which turned out to be delicious. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
