I saw guests thank individuals in the staff in person before leaving because they thought the service was so great and I felt that same way. They checked us in early and were very accommodating. The facilities were great and we were almost alone in the spa the days we went. The restaurant was great and had a good vibe. Great drinks and wines. Our room was amazing with a view over the slope and the hotel had a direct lift to the ski depot and to the gondola! We also parked our car for free in the garage and the garage was connected to the building which made it easy. Everything was great 10/10 all around.

Sankt Anton am Arlberg este o zona superba, iar hotelul are tot ce are nevoie o familie cu copii. Copiii au savurat in principal sa inoate la piscina si sa sara pe trambulina la locul de joaca. La receptie personalul este foarte dragut si am primit informatii pentru excursiile cu copii. In ultima zi am avut voie sa lasam masina parcata la hotel pana dupa amiaza. La restaurant nu se ia ciubuc(tip), la sfarsit se poate lasa la receptie. Este foarte curat in camera si peste tot in hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Waiting staff were excellent! The staff in the Hotel Schwarzer Adler are very welcoming and professional. I would particularly like to mention Zoran who was very helpful in organizing ski school, ski passes etc. I would also like to thank Anna for all her assistance and problem solving skills. It is a great hotel and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.
