Mostafa is so very helpful and friendly towards everyone. He took my mum's mobility issues into account and organized a room on the ground floor which was comfortable. On arrival he showed us on a map where everything was and recommended some great restaurants. He organized a hammam visit for us and a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of the palace, the soul and the secret garden.

Set in the heart of Marrakech, this boutique hotel features suites with private bathroom, a spa and a restaurant. The reception is open 24 hours and free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property. Revisiting the property after 3 years and the quality of service has improved and the breakfast is the same awesomeness and Bagira (Feline Princess) has gotten bit thinner than before. Quite satisfied with the stay and shall be returning again very soon.

The building of this riad is amazing. We really enjoyed our welcome tea by the pool, although it was raining. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was above average. Location was great, close to the central square and easy to find. I definitely recommend it and would visit again.

A truly great and needed service since it can be really difficult to find the way without.
