Huge arena building with good views of the stage.
Huge arena building with good views of the stage. Rather puzzling security measures where i-pads were not allowed in the Auditorium but I-phones were! Made little sense and we had to wait to collect them at the end of the performance which was rather annoying. Otherwise was a good place with good transport system nearby

Expect people to get out of their seats and disrupt everyone else's enjoyment of the performance. The bars are open during the performance so people drink and visit the toilet constantly, forcing everyone in their row to get up and the ones sitting behind them have their view obscured too.

No seating to use inside before you go into the main venue be careful if unsteady in your feet as making your way down to your seating could be hazardous as no handrails to hold onto and steep incline down and back up

I've only been a few times and wish the direction signs were clearer for people walking as the last time we followed a sign saying Piccadilly which was obviously for drivers and ended up near desolate car parks.
Luckily after calling our hotel 2 taxi drivers arrived from Mainline Manchester Cars and 'rescued us'. They didn't want any money as we were strangers in the town but we insisted - what wonderful people.

Love this venue but the security need educating on how to allow standing crowds to enter the venue! Chipped a bone and strained muscles in my ankle after someone trampled on me as the crowds stampeded down the super steep steps in the standing area.

The host was absolutely amazing.
The home itself is just Wow! It felt like it was never ending with all the rooms and space. Super modern, comfy beds, clean, and excellent location for AO arena and the city centre.
Really enjoyed our stay and the hotel was in a convenient location as it was by the AO Arena. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed and even had 2 bottles of complimentary water in the fridge. We had a good nights sleep and didn't hear a peep from anyone in the rooms nearby.
The apartment was well furnished and comfortable.Consisting of two bedrooms, lounge / well equipped kitchen and bathroom.Felt like a home from home, very welcoming.Good communication by owner. Booked it to stay over after a concert at the Co-Op Live Arena. (Unfortunately, the concert moved to AO Arena). The apartment was in an ideal location for Co-Op Live Arena, you can see it from the bedroom windows! But it was easy to reach via tram network. Exceptionally priced, what a bargain. Lovely weekend had by all. Huge thanks to the host.
Close to AO Arena, 10 min walk.
Nice to have a hotel room, where you can have a drink and not have to travel afterwards lol
Lovely atmosphere, breakfast was delicious 😋& filling !
Great location in the centre of Manchester. Easy to get to the AO Arena on the tram from the stop around the corner. Close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants.
Staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was a great variety of continental options and a small cooked menu, but perfect for what we wanted.
