All the staff were super friendly and helpful. In particular Vanessa was just lovely offering suggestions on what to do in Macau, nothing was too much trouble.

Located within The Londoner Macao on the Cotai Strip, Conrad Macao features luxurious rooms with pool or city views. It offers 4 food and beverage options, a gym and a spa. Although the hotel was more than 10 years old, it is very well maintained. We were welcome by a very heart-warming and patient front desk staff. We booked a standard suite but the hotel upgraded us to a King suite with excellent internal decor. Housekeeping staff were also very diligent in making our room and attentive to our requests.

The breakfast at 25th floor is great quality and service. We stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, yet this one is one of the top hotels.
