Novotel London Waterloo is located in the heart of London, just a few steps from the banks of the River Thames and a short walk from the Westminster Palace. Excellent staff, very polite and helpful always willing to help and guide us. It was our second time visiting the hotel. Excellent location just opposite Big Ben and Westminster Palace, kids friendly with a very good bar-restaurant. It is going to be our choice for next time for sure ❤️👌

Situated on London's South Bank, this modern and family-friendly hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the River Thames and London Eye. Location is excellent, great value. Room was quite fairly large for European standards. Loved the soaking tub after a day of walking. Housecoats were an added touch.
