Reception staff was friendly and volunteered information on sights, helped us with booking taxi and with our luggage without asking. Location in old town was great. The extra touches such as the welcome tea and dessert platter made the stay more memorable.

Very nice and cozy room in a small apartment on a quiet side street right in the centre of the old town. The lady checking us in was most welcoming and forthcoming with advice on food and attractions in the area.
