I liked the hospitality sense and kindness the team has with all guests, the hotel is located in a nice and central place where you can find markets, drugs stores, restaurants and transportation to the cultural and touristical places in Vienna. The person who checked us in was amazing, I am hoping she is getting promoted soon or recognized because she is a rock star and always she has a friendly way to handle the guests. TRUST ME that person values gold. :)
