Large, new, very clean room - the hotel appears brand new though they told me it had been open about 6 years. Amazing.

I liked Moody Street, which was a short walk from our hotel -- there are so many restaurants to choose from. We had breakfast twice at Heidi's Diner, which was a very friendly place with great service. We also had dinner one night at Sakura Japanese Restaurant and the food was very good and the service was also very friendly.
We went into Boston twice via the Commuter Rail station and this was very convenient -- just be sure to check the schedule before heading out. There is parking available at the station for $6/day. Once the train comes, it only takes 22 minutes to get to North Station in Boston.
The one thing I wanted to do but didn't get to -- walking along the Charles River Trail -- the weather just did not cooperate on the day we could have done it.

Getting around Waltham is a nightmare, and the staff is no help and there is no printed help. If you are not computer savvy (and we are not) you are out of luck and the staff won't much help. So we couldn't find an outside restaurant and there is little in that way in this facility--drinks and snacks, yes,

I was here for two nights to see a medical specialist. This was a one-mile drive to my specialist, so that was good. The employees were professional and helpful. Everything, including the key-cards for security access to rooms and elevator, made you feel that this was a very secure location. Ample parking, good breakfast.

Waltham is a bit away from Boston, so if the goal is to see Boston, I'd find places closer to the city, but if Waltham is the target, as was our case, this is a great hotel. It's quiet. The area is well kept.. It's close to major highways that can go in every direction.
My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I requested a room in a quiet location and they definitely honored that. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet with generous amounts and varieties of food and drinks. The dining area is large with plenty of tables and chairs and enough room for social distancing.
The location of the hotel worked fine for me. I drove there easily following navigation directions and the parking is generous, well lit. I felt perfectly safe there traveling alone.
I was charged a security deposit of $100 for my one night stay. I have never paid a security deposit for one night at any hotel, even after traveling through Europe and staying at 38 hotels. I will not stay here again, no matter that they intend to return the deposit. I find this very inconvenient and will seek future stays elsewhere.
Nicely modernised hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable one I ever slept in in a hotel. The quality of the breakfast was as to be expected in this type of hotel, just the basics. But the breakfast area was kept very clean and organised. I rarely see this in this type of hotel. Good value for money.
Very nice, cut-above generic hotel. The attached pub was fun, though the outdoor deck view is over the parking lot. Food and drinks were great. Room was very large, well-appointed with microwave and fridge, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Included breakfasts were plentiful, but just OK quality.
It was an excellent experience. The Hotel has its own parking and is close to great restaurants and markets. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. There is nothing to complain about, as everything was very good. I highly recommend the stay.
The hotel is outside Boston City but we had a car and it took around 15 to 20minutes to get there. It is not so far away. The rooms are clean and good size. The beds were very comfortable. The personel was very friendly and ready to help you. The breakfast was good.
Mark the hotel manager was outstanding! He made sure all guests were comfortable and satisfied at all times. The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive and respectful. It was a pleasure visiting this location and will definitely return!
Enjoyed our complementary breakfast. I liked the ease of access to the highways, the pleasant staff and the overall hotel experience. I would recommend this Embassy Suites to anyone staying in the Waltham/Boston area.
Location, breakfast, cleanliness. We were in town for a cheer competition at the Track at New Balance. This hotel was close, great price, free parking, excellent breakfast. We will def stay again.
