Location, location, location. Park your car (18 euros a night) and then just stumble out to a plethora of restaurants in old town and less than 5 minutes to the water/the Lent Area. Having an apartment vs. one room makes for a more comfortable visit. There is an nespresso machine and kettle. They helped me with additional pods and milk. Nice to have that and a refrigerator. There were many windows with electronic shades and made it a light filled space. The breakfast was very nice - a nice European spread with lots of variety, cappacinos, and custom made eggs. 12.50 euros per per person is a good deal. The staff were very helpful and responsive.

Great location and newly remodeled rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Rain shower was lovely after a long day of travel an the soaps provided were nice. Felt like a great deal for the price.
