The place was very beautiful and cute. The garden was an extra surprise that makes the place even more beautiful. Even though the room was small we didn't feel stiflingly.

Easy to check in and cery flexible. Typical Dutch house vibe. Location is good as the city center is near by. Free parking is also a plus. Nice, calm and peacefull location.

Kampen is a so called Hansecity like Hamburg, Lubeck or Bremen in Germany.
Nice little town. Grote Markt with a lot of possibility of eating-out.
River Ijssel is runng through city. Many canals like in Amsterdam.
Very friendly and helpful host. On arrival offered coffee and cake. Excellent breakfast (too much to eat) served in room.
Great location for visiting old town centre of Kampen.
Small kitchen area supplied with teas and ground coffee (plus coffee making machine). Fridge full of wine, beer and soft drinks at very reasonable prices.
Great use of space for a small area. Seating outside on pavement (on two sides of the building). Can sit in sun or shade and watch the locals walk and cycle past.
This is the best option to stay in Kampen!!
It is well located (6min by bike till city center). The place is really cozy and well equipped. We stayed 2 years ago at “tiny house” which was also really nice and this time we wanted to try “tiny garage”. I would definitely come back and would 100% recommend. The owner is also a nice person, very flexible and helpful. Also he welcomed us with some tulips and chocolates on the room, so very nice detail !! So don’t doubt it to stay here!
It was a comfortable quaint room in an old building which had been converted to a hotel. I would venture to say no rooms were alike and ours was really like staying in a part of a private house. That said the room was large and comfortable with all facilities a traveler would need. Our hosts were very helpful, arranged parking for us and advised us on local restaurants etc. They provided an excellent and extensive home cooked breakfast, The hotel was very centrally located.
One of the best apartments I've stayed.
Located at an alley of the main street of Kampen, so perfect location and side views to the river.
Apartment is cozy, tidy and with attention to details.
Kitchen is just fine for a week, including coffe capsules and chocolate bars to welcome you.
I really appreciate the quality of the beds. (2 single beds together)
Fyi: there is a public parking just 5-10min walking from there, which solve the only problem of the location.
Excellent, unique views of the IJssel river and the town of Kampen. The house boat is a unique place to stay. It has a large living room, well-equipped kitchen, cosy fire place, and bed room with attached shower.
Watching water birds and passing ships.
The owners were very friendly and always available if there were any issues, as they live nextdoor.
It's a 15-minute walk from Kampen and 5-minute walk from Kampen railway station. Private parking nearby.
Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. Fresh squeezed orange juice! The hosts are warm, friendly and certainly make you feel welcome. The rooms are in an old city farmhouse, so the layout is quirky and has charm. The room had ample space, with a nice seating area outside. Not your typical boring cookie-cutter hotel room. Great location with less than a five-minute walk into town. Had no problem finding a free parking space nearby.
We had a great time at Ineke en Jan's hotel. They are the best hosts you can imagine: attentive, super friendly, helpful and very clear. The location is amazing, the room is beautiful and a great breakfast. Comfortable bed, amazing shower and lots of space. We could park right in front of the hotel and leave the car there since everything in Kampen is at walking distance.
We'll definitely come back!
Communication with the hosts was very efficient and caring. The house is very cosy, decorated tastefully (e.g. lamps) and makes the best of the small space. The garden and the access to the small water are wonderful. New shopping area (including Albert Heijn, Hema) in less than 1 km. We felt very comfortable and at home. Great place to read and to relax. (And Kampen has quite some sights, too!)
Such a lovely couple hosting in a cute and antique house in the quiet town Kampen.
Beautifully decorated room, spacious and equipped with everything you might need for a perfect stay.
Great breakfast! (and I'm vegan). They even went to the store to buy some soy milk just for me. I enjoyed every second in this relaxing and charming venue. Thank you very much!
Rooms are excellent very cozy and clean also hosts are very kind and helpful with a very honest smile in the face.A very quiet place to relax with a lot of animals in the farm is the perfect destination especially for a family with small children. The breakfast is served the desired hour in the room and this is equal with a breakfast served in a 5* hotel.
Nice looking house a few km from Kampen; camping and surrounding look great.
I like its decoration and atmosphere.
Price is quite good compared to other choices.
Every house has front grass and a dock to the river.
