Everything was great, the location is wonderful - really close to the main street and the sea, right next to a supermarket, and yet - very calm and quiet.

We are very happy with our stay at Anna's house. The hosts are very kind and responsive. The place is super cozy and nice, has everything you need for a nice stay, even board games for the kids. Large terrace with a beautiful sea view, located on a quiet street. Perfect place to relax!

Cute little seaside town. English and bulgarian widely spoken. Not a party town and good for families. Beach sand not generally suitable for sandcastles because the particles are too large but it gets in less places and brushes off easily. Beaches generally shallow and good for small kids. Small waves most of the time unless the wind is in the wrong direction

It is a small seaside village.
It is a small seaside village. Unfortunately during my stay it was rainy so I could not explore the area and facilities much. It is not noisy, may be because the season had not started yet. Nea Peramos – not overcrowded, yet plenty to do. The nearby Ammolofi Beach with its plenty beach bars (Blue Beach Bar was my favorite) is great for social experience and there are also lots of small, more quiet beaches if you seek to rest.

I ever got there,the address was wrong,I tried to call the telephone number that was on the reservation, it was out of order, So there was no alternative but to make a nether reservation in a different location!

We also really liked the large private terrace with enough tables and chairs, as well as the large living room. The apartment was very clean, bright and all rooms were air conditioned. Nea Peramos is a lovely resort with great traditional restaurants and places to walk. For a beach, we liked Ammolofoi the most. Thanks to the owners for the wonderful stay we had!TonyaBulgaria

Apartment was big, very clean and tidy. We have had everything what we was needed for family with 11 months baby. Beach was just cross the street - 100 meters from the hotel. Shops, pharmacy, restaurants and centre with the pedestrianized coastal central street - all are very close. I provide this hotel and hosts with two hands :)

It's close to the beach, and 5 minutes away from Nea Peramos by car. The kitchen has utensils. It has a Moka coffee maker, oven, and a dishwasher. Has a barbecue with everything needed. The windows have a mosquito net. AC and if you don't like that you can always turn on the fan!
