I almost don’t want to write this as I’d love to keep this beautiful property a hidden secret, we’ve travelled wide and far and this is by far the nicest, most comfortable and welcoming place we’ve ever stayed. Could not fault a single thing. They had a family of kittens who were absolutely adorable, can’t wait to see them all again next year!

Mylopotias is full of partying young people and there is a nightclub just down the road from where we stayed so we could hear the thumping music. We didn't mind, but it did mean that from 10pm we wouldn't sit on the balcony.
Great beach, stylish restaurants esp. the sushi, not overcrowded. We kept different times vs the young crowd which meant that the beach was nearly empty in the morning and started to fill up at 2pm is. They were fun when they arrived.

The beach, mini market and restaurants were a long way from the apartments we were staying at. It was very touristy and geared up for the youth who want to party. Pay sun beds and umbrellas on the beach were expensive. Good selection of water sports in the ocean.

Far Out Club is loud for a few hours at night but dies down before 10 ish in July. It is lovely in the daytime and one place rents cabanas with 1 side plexiglas very reasonably priced. Four of us shared one. More days at the beach would have been better - wish I had skipped Athens.

The room was very nice and the location excellent in front of the beach, just to cross the road. The host, Mrs Irini was very nice and helpful. Prepared our breakfast every day and also small meals whenever needed. We really loved the place and will visit it soon again. Highly recommended.
Recently opened, well thought out design boutique hotel centrally located DIRECTLY on the bus line between port and Milopotas beach. Owned and operated by a local family with decades of experience offering exceptional location, value, and service. If you read any of my other reviews you will see that I do not mince words. Pay the extra to stay here. Associated with Salt restaurant with beach access. I could go on about the staff and breakfast and pool and and and, but the best way to experience IOS involves staying here.
Amazing hotel !!!
Amazing location !!!
The hotel is family run by Anna and her family. She welcomed us with drinks and recommendations for beaches and tavernas/restaurants .
Is located 2’ walking distance from the busy Mylopotas beach but is very quiet.
The breakfast and pool areas are clean and cosy.
The room clean with nice verandas .
The breakfast is not included in the price but is a must .
We’ll definitely visit again !!!
Spacious and modern room with a sea view, everything has been renovated recently. Huge shower and double sink bathroom. Owner was very nice and available, she was able to get us a last minute reservation to the very good restaurant next door. Nice pool area where you can buy beer or water. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Bus stop is close to the hotel.
Beautiful location! Clean, friendly family, great service, nice pool and amazing view! Clean spacious room and balcony! ..Simple but ok breakfast could be a bit more options. Overall a sweet little hotel with great location and very relaxing!! Thank you for everything and love to see you again!
Location is great and the hotel and has the biggest parties on the island for young people in the summer. The staff is nice. Free transfer from the port. TV in the room has Netflix option. Air condition is very good. Waitresses at the eating areas are very nice and helpful.
Mylopotas Beach is perfect. Far Out offers sunbeds on the beach, and a lovely pool which was basically unused as the beach is lovely. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Breakfast was good.
We visited in September missing the summer “party” crowd … perfect for us.
A perfectly located charming hotel, right on the beach. We loved the fact that it was more traditionally Greek than a lot of the surrounding establishments. We were close to the bus stop, local eateries and amenities, just a short walk away.
The staff at the property are lovely it is a family run hotel and they were so so friendly and couldnt do enough for you. The location is right on the beach which is handy and it is a very easy bus route to the town.
The view is beautiful and the location is perfect. Far enough from tourist noise, but only a few minutes walks to the beach via a path right next to the hotel. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming.
The hotel was small and cosy. Excellent location. Very close to the beach and easy to get to the town of Ios.
Kyria Irini, the owner of the place, was very nice and helpful. We will certainly come back.
Eva is incredibly welcoming ! The hotel is like a small apartment, very spacious and you feel directly at home. It is very quiet and the view is amazing! We recommend without any hesitation.
