The staff/owners went above and beyond in their attention as well as should there be any problems they with dealt with ASAP. As our taxi airport transfer wasn’t due until 1400 hrs they allowed us to check out late obviously this is dealt with a case by case as the hotel occupancy at any one time may effect the possibility.

From the minute we arrived the reception team were welcoming, our room was sizeable plenty of storage and exceptionally clean. For all inclusive the food was a wide selection and fresh and tasty serving staff attentive. Pool bar for cocktails and drinks with extensive selection. Plastic glasses a bit small for wine but if you sit at the bar, rather than tables you can get proper glasses. Entertainment each night was good staff were fantastic especially Fakir show. Sunbeds were reserved by a lot of guests putting towels down poolside but found the day beds in the gardens much better for cooling sea breeze.

Just great. The stuff was lovely, very attentive. I could borrow a yoga matt, which I used during my stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. It just had everything (pancakes, bread, smoothies, salat, cheese, …), but still changed a bit every day. The other meals were also good but relatively modern. I ate far more often at a small restaurant around the corner (Two friends), which hat amazing local food. The pool is very nice, though I did not use it.

The hotel is suitable for recreation with children. Delicious breakfast. The room is extremely clean, cleaned every day, beds are made. Quiet environment, swimming pools for children.The sea is nearby, you can walk, but the hotel bus also takes you to the sea. Helpful staff. Car rental nearby. There are several local shops.

Everything about this apartment was great. Was very spacious, had off street parking, and across the road from the water. Message Communication with the staff was very clear and had no issue checking in.

Generally very good. Our balcony had steps into the pool. The room was lovely. Our room was disabled accessible and the bathroom was perfect. The selection of food was really good. Staff all friendly and helpful.
