Benitses is a great place to stay at during vacation.
Benitses is a great place to stay at during vacation. Village is small and everything is located in one small center: Tavernas and restaurants, markets, souvenir shops, cofee shop, bus station... There are no modern buildings to ruin the look of fishing village and people are very kind, everyone I talked to knew English at least well enough to buy/sell stuff or order food. It has small beaches that are clean with clean water. The beach isn't upto much. They wanted €12 for beds in some places, where beaches in the south were so much better and between €7-10 There is a good bus service to Corfu town. We didn't have a bad meal during our trip plenty of places to try.SarahUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Benitses is a small village, but has a lot of taverns, small park and several souvenir shops. Beaches are not the best I have seen. My trip Was a short one, so I haven't had time to go around, but I'm sure great beaches could be find in the island. Corfu is full of olive trees, and vegetation in general is flourishing all over the place. There is a public transportation, but I did not use it, personally I prefer individual transportation, a car. The Town of Corfu is magnificent. A must visit and spend some time there.

Most of the apartments and restaurants lie directly on the main road, so it's a very noisy place. There are some nice places, but many houses are in a very bad state with garbage in the garden and even on the streets. The sea is beatiful, but the overall bad state is shocking.LelleHungary

The room was clean and tidy, we stayed there a week and every second day they were cleaning. Very simple and nice arrangement of the apartment. We were exploring the island and didn't have that much time to stay there. There is a bus stop just 5 min away to Corfu town and 10 min walking to Benitses. Very nice owners, helpful always on hand to help and friendly. Maria gave us her homemade cookies and cake and made us feel like we were at home. Strategic position, very close to the center of Benitses, also convenient parking in the Marina. Definitely I recommend this place and if I come back to Corfu, I would definitely stay here again. The garden is beautifully kept and has stunning views from the dining terrace. Super comfy bed with gorgeous smelling linen. The apartment had a great kitchen stocked with lots of crockery, pots, pans and utensils. Friendly and helpful hosts, with fabulous attention to detail. The access to the little beach is a bonus - so tranquil and private. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The location ,the bed and the environment. you can see the sea just in front of your balcony, and many restaurants around. you can get everything you want, moreover, Paul and Virginia are so nice and warm. they helped us to the airport when we have an early flight. They are so kind, and we received Virginia’s homemade cookies when we arrived. We spent 6 days at the hotel, it was very relaxing. Highly recommended!!!
