The bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Bathroom was accessible with walk in shower (important as a Visually Impaired person). We were greeted very cheerfully by the doorman Jack who helped with our luggage and made us feel very welcome as did the rest of the staff we encountered during our stay. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Dinner meals were also enjoyed.

The location of the hotel was perfect, a stones throw from the Cavern and in the heart of the city which I appreciate is part of what you pay for with a city stay. It was ideal and close to the discounted parking. The breakfast was nice and good value for money. The room was clean and the bed comfy.
