The bed was comfy, if a little softer than we're used to. The location was great and the breakfast was wonderful.

Great location, the tent has everything we needed and more (cooker, fire pit for BBQ, fridge, kitchenware, kettle, table chairs). The children’s beds and table & chairs were an excellent touch. Facilities are good and clean. Hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful - brought toys out and a mud kitchen for my girls. Lovely swing, quiet area, peaceful with wildlife (birds, rabbits). I’ll be coming back with some more family!

Woodhall Spa is a lovely, quaint little town with interesting independent shops down a long and attractive high street. Some road closures whilst I was there made it hard to get to-I assume these were temporary. Appeared to be a golfers paradise! The book shop and deli are well worth a visit.

A fantastic hotel to stay in.
A fantastic hotel to stay in. Very well located for visiting Bomber Command Memorial, East Kirby Heritage Centre, Battle of Britian Memorial Flight and the City of Lincoln. If travelling to Lincoln use the Park and Ride it's so much easier and cheaper than parking in the city. We will definitely be returning to Petwood Hotel.

This was a short visit to celebrate my husband's birthday. After a lovely stay at Petwood Hotel we looked around Woodhall Spa (although we had been there before). Parking is easy - the first 2 hours are free or park on the road. There is a Sainsburys just near to the centre. The individual shops are very interesting. A delightful bread shop/deli, cafes and an independent greengrocer (which is rare) were all well stocked and the staff were very friendly.

Great little town, with plenty of very nice pubs with great food, you just have to visit Abby Lodge Public House the food is excellent, the park just off the Main Street with outdoor pool and plenty of other attractions sets an example other towns should follow plenty of other attractions all of which are worth a look. There are no wild bars or loud music and the coast is not that far away if you fancy a day on the beach.
Everything in the property is to an extremely high standard and it is spotless everywhere. It is sunny and warm and It has a wonderful patio overlooking the garden and golf course at the end. Parking is right at the front door so no long hauls with luggage. On top of all that Michael provides extras over and above what is expected from milk to wine and crisps and from teas of various specialities to a coffee pod machine and biscuits. There is nothing to fault.
We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at The Inn at Woodhall Spa. A friendly welcome on our arrival, a room that exceeded our expectations, plenty of off road private parking and good quality food provided at both breakfast and Dinner. Woodhall spa was a lovely base for exploring the South Lincolnshire Wolds, an attractive town with picturesque Main Street full of independent shops which gave a pleasant feel of a friendly 1950’s England.
The cottage is beautiful , very cosy, and had all the facilities that you would need for a weekend away.
The location is peaceful, but if you want restaurants , pubs, and shopping , Woodhall Spa is just over 5 minutes drive .
The hosts , Brian and Fiona, are friendly and even offered to drop us off and pick us up from a restaurant we had booked for the following night. All in all, it was a perfect little weekend away. Thank you 😊
Wonderful apartment in the centre of Woodhall Spa. The attic space rooms was well equipped and fitted out. Easy walk to the key locations in the town. We stayed Thur/Fri evenings and the bonus for us was it was 40's weekend so the street outside was lined with vintage vehicles and people in period costume. Plentiful off-road parking at the rear of the property.
A lovely setting and grounds but the whole does need a bit of a facelift. The staff were trying hard, although seemed a bit overwhelmed by customers sometimes when the hotel was not full (!) and my bar meal was no better than OK. Lots of interesting 617 Squadron memorabilia, and 20 minute walk from the golf course.
Great breakfast. Very quiet location with excellent restaurant.
Air conditioned room made the stay perfect. Had spent the previous night in another Woodhall hotel and didn’t sleep due to the hot room so the Village Limits was heaven.
Great TV enjoyed watching movies before bed. Will be booking again.
The location is superb. The site is small, clean well equiped, friendly and it felt very safe for children to play. The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Woodhall Spa is a lovely town to visit with lots to do. I couldn't recommend enough.
Great location in Woodhall Spa, central to village/town. Plenty to see in the area. Visit to Kinema in the woods is a must.
Breakfast was good. Hosts were very friendly , lovely to chat to.
Would definitely stay again. Thanks
The helpfulness of the staff was great, particularly the woman who was running the place. It was good value and
the location right in Woodhall Spa was very good. I would definitely stay there again.
Bob was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed. Excellent venue and location for golfing at Woodhall Spa. A last-minute room type change was gladly accommodated...THANK YOU.
Excellent hotel ,very friendly staff , very good breakfast , room clean and comfortable. I have stayed many times over the years in Woodhall Spa and The Petwood is always my first choice.
