Beautiful hotel set in a pretty little village on the north coast. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the hotel feels opulent and grand. They are also dog friendly.

What an absolutely beautiful place. Just a little out of town but not by much. Facilities, the whole place. Used the spa. Had a treatment. Wonderful. The place was exceptionally clean. Well maintained. Staff were polite and attentive. Would i go there again? I certainly would and I'd recommend to anyone else too.

The breakfast was always plentifully filling, even though it wasn't a hot breakfast. Location assured us, not in the centre of town, but a short walk.
I like the fact it had a bar, although I'm a beer snob and there was only one draught beer (lager) on, although there is more in the high season.
The shower was very powerful.
Staff very friendly and accommodating.
The biggest compliment, we would come again.

Staff on reception were very friendly, as returning guests after not staying at the hotel for several years we were given a bottle of sparkling wine, which was unexpected and a lovely touch.

Location opposite bus stop/harbour & Castle above was fantastic. Room on the front with amazing view of Harbour. Great high ceilings & a great feel about the room. You definitely knew you was at the seaside with the pictures on the walls. The castle was very impressive, climbed to the top, amazing views & would highly recommend it. Seating area outside looks inviting & especially in the evening sunshine. Stayed 3 nights & really enjoyed my stay thank you. Didn't hav the breakfast only because i'm always up at 5am & caught the early bus to explore St Helier & also one day I had the early ferry to Guernsey to catch. Great value for money stay at this hotel thank you

Great place to stay, picturesque, quaint, very 'chocolate box'. Fab if you like that sort of thing, I guess. It is a little off the beaten track but again, that's probably a plus.
Not much choice for eating and what is there, apart from the 'Hungry Man' cafe, is not cheap.
Could do with a general stores perhaps?

Rozel is for travellers who want to "escape" life for a short while and bask in silence. There were times when my wife and I would stop and listen and we were unable to hear a sound. Truly relaxing.
