The hotel was a little higher than I'd like to have paid but it was faultless. The Breakfast was exceptional with so many choices. Room roomy and clean. Staff polite, friendly and helpful in every area.

Not much tbh. The fact it’s over 300 pound for a night for 2 people in one room, it’s appalling that you then Need to pay for parking. Why you guys think that’s okay is beyond me. Seems to be an English thing. Shocking. Il not be staying at any of your hotels again. The staff were friendly that’s the only nice thing about the place.

Great service and excellent site with amazing buildings and land. It's worth staying just to see the main house with all its grandeur and history.
It has great facilities such as the spa, a bar and restaurant within walking distance of the room and open until late. The food and drink is expensive but very nice and in line with most other hotels. The golf course also looked very good although I didn't have time to play during my visit. You can also rent bicycles for free to explore the vast grounds which is a very good idea as the site and driveway is massive and during my stay there were lots of deers running around in the open during the day.
It's also worth noting that we got a free upgrade to one of the suites which was very large and impressive.
The spa is excellent and free for all guests, with a decent size pool, great hot tub and a sauna/steam room. It was also very quiet which was a bonus (Friday afternoon).
The staff are very professional and incredibly helpful, especially if you need to book taxis or want information about the local area.
Breakfast was good with a large selection and served between 7:30 and 10:30am.
I would certainly stay again if I was ever in the area.

It is absolutely crap.
It is absolutely crap. I arrived there at around 12.30 pm, to be told that the room I had pre-booked through booking.com was not available!
According to the reception staff the hotel's computer had overbooked the rooms. Not good for a single woman arriving at the hotel after a long flight to Luton to find that the room I expected had been used for someone else. It was extremely inconvenient and upsetting, I was very tired. I will never book a Holiday Inn hotel again or use booking.com.

Liked: Moss house is clean, very close to Luton railway station, perfect for short stay if travelling from Luton Airport. My room was very comfortable, warm and quiet. There are two local supermarket close by if needed. Not liked: property needs a fridge in the kitchen also a dining table and four/six chairs. A spare WC 🚾 🚽 as there is only one Bath 🛀 room in the property. Other small additions of hooks in the bedroom and bath room. Host Raj was very helpful in providing local taxi details and was available when called for help. But needs to communicate 24 /48 hours in advance of arrival of guests in order to provide comfortable and stress free check-in process.

Airport was under construction and our driver was not able...
Airport was under construction and our driver was not able to drive up to the terminal so we had to walk 15-20 minutes to meet him at the long term parking lot. Buses were running 24/7, but did not seem to know about the bus stop right outside of our hotel for pickup or drop off. Security had me do the 360 scanner with several others despite having nothing in my pockets. An agent told me to keep my watch on and that was the only thing that could have set off the sensor. Another agent told others not to lean on the wall / initial sensor as it gives a false positive. Probably why so many of us were tagged for the additional screening. Not sure if the lady was an employee of EasyJet or Luton, but a rude lady was trying to get us to pay for our carry-ons to put in the overhead bins. We had no issues with putting our bags under our seats on the flight to Luton or on the return flight, but was told repeatedly we would need to pay for 3 of our 5 bags. We demonstrated repeatedly that they fit. Also not sure if it was EasyJet or Luton, but our 6:05am flight did not depart the terminal until 6:20am and after several stop, wait, go's along the way finally finished taxiing and was in the air at 7:16am.

There is only single and big problem, at Luton airport...
There is only single and big problem, at Luton airport nobody knows where can I have bus ticket, even the guys living in Luton said they don't know. I spent half an hour to ask ( even checking the automat machines) and learn for having the bus ticket. After asking tens of people I learnt that you have it in the bus by credit card. How come no body knows and how come there is no information at any where.
Breakfast bag was a lovely touch, which was offered when I checked in and mentioned that I had an early departure. I thought it might be tricky to provide gluten free options last minute but you delivered. Gluten free brioche, juice box and fruit.
I was able to have a quick coffee before leaving, prepared for me by the duty manager. Great service, all the staff I spoke with at the hotel were friendly and efficient.
Nice shower and comfy bed.
Very convenient for the Luton Dart airport shuttle.
When I got to the Luton Airport Holiday Inn hotel at around midnight after a late night flight from Cyprus I was told the hotel had overbooked and that despite having booked weeks ago through booking.com they did not have a room for me. Shocking. The man in reception said he would find another hotel nearby for me and that Holiday Inn would pay for it. I said I have already paid for a room here. I was extremely angry and upset, I was tired after a 4.5 hour flight and just wanted to rest.
I often stay at this hotel when flying in and out of Luton Airport. It's everything you would expect at a standard hotel, but often quite a bit cheaper. It is five walk minutes from the bus and train station so easy for late arrivals and early starts. It's clean and comfy and the beds are great. Breakfast is included which is great. I like the place.
The hotel is close to Luton airport and very close to Luton train station, but in a quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect match at a very good price for a longer transfer between Luton and Gatwick airports. Besides the carpet in the room which appeared old, the room and the bathroom were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was rich and delicious.
the location is good , we went there by 10 mins after getting out from airport;
the staff is nice when we told them the bedsheet is not so clean with all kinds of hair on it, they came to help us change another room immediately and offered us free drinks as compensation ;
it’s ok just for one night , but I think it should cheaper
The room was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was very convenient (the bus to the airport is every 15-20 minutes and is 1.8 pounds per person)
If walking to the airport note that from the hotel it is quite a steep walk (about 15 minutes)
The dinner was nice.
There is a (very) minimal gym
Very close to the Luton airport. We had an early flight and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of coming from the city center, so that was great. It’s well-connected as well, so you can go explore London center during the day. Comfortable room with everything one might need. Clean bathroom. Helpful host.
Very convenient for a late night arrival at Luton airport. Quick check in and the room was large enough and liked having tea and coffee and a choice of pillows. Good soundproof windows so didn´t hear any outside noise despite the hotel being next to the airport. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
Very convenient location as we arrived to Luton airport late at night. There is a bus stop and train station close by but we ended up taking a bolt ride into London which was cheaper for the 4 of us than taking transit. The room was beautiful and clean as well!
Just as one might expect from the Hilton group - superbly comfortable and spacious room, quick and efficient check in - also as I had an early flight before breakfast, they sorted me out with a breakfast bag to eat on the Luton Dart to the airport :)
Excellent hotel. We only stayed one night to reach an early flight from Luton Airport. The room was made and ready, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If it was in London we would stay there the entire vacation.
Perfect location for travelers who need early flight from Luton airport.
The receptionists were very friendly, helped with all questions . They ordered a cab .
Hotel has a restaurant on-site. Perfect food.
Accommodations perfect.
Thank you!
For an airport hotel, it was exactly what you would want. Welcoming, quiet, comfortable and clean. And close to the airport. Taxi cost about £12 and took less than 10 minutes. You could walk if you had light luggage
if you need to travel at difficult times this is a win. You are just a bus away from the airport and I got a decent night sleep. Although nothing in London is cheap, I think this place is very good value for money.
Very convenient location and very clean would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a convenient and pleasant stay before travelling from Luton airport
lovely owner of accommodation. Close to Luton airport for flight. nice comfy bed. Everything you need especially if looking for a cheap cheery hotel before flight.
I needed a cheap hotel for one night and this was perfect. I was delighted by the brilliant Italian restaurant based in the hotel. Great location for airport.
