The location was amazing especially the wildlife including red squirrels! Parking was excellent and although it was on the owners land it felt separate to everything giving you the feeling of having your own space away from everyone. As a professional cleaner I would also like to add the cabin was exceptionally clean, not a bit of dirt in sight. The welcome pack was excellent, including fresh organic eggs! The shower was very powerful and hot and the cabin came with everything you needed for self catering, even down to a pizza tray which was very welcome 😁
Our dog Sprout came along with us and was very happy to stay there. We felt the area was secure enough to let him roam with all the doors open in the cabin.
The owners were fantastic and replied very quickly to anything we needed.
Everything the island has to offer is within a 35min drive including the famous Needles.
A fantastic, family run cosy cabin that we would certainly book again soon. Thank you for making our holiday stress free.

The atmosphere was amazing. The welcome was very warm with fresh flowers and everything you need for a nice hot drink (including the milk). The furniture matched the old house perfectly but was all up to date at the same time.

Chale is set on the Southern part of the Island and offers the best of both worlds in terms of the fact that it is a very pretty village, set along the coast. Its location gives easy access to the rest of the Island, the sea views are absolutely stunning.
We loved the hotel and its location. The only minus is that we were there for the scooter festival and it was a bit further out than we would have liked. That, however , is not the hotels fault at all. If going out and drinking, please note the extortionate taxi fares.
The food in the hotel was lovely and the choice at breakfast was very nice.
Great pub with friendly staff. Superb location on South coast of the Island. Lovely ‘pub-grub’ style food that’s good value for money. They only have a few rooms so lack the kind of facilities you get in a large hotel, but who cares about that when you have one of the best beaches in Britain a short walk away!
We really liked the staff. They were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help. We liked coming down to a fabulous breakfast in nice surroundings.. Also our large room was great with a big wall mounted tv. We had a view to Chale Bay; the sunsets were brilliant.
Really nice hotel with friendly staff. The food service for dinner was wonderful, really quick and beautiful food. Dog was welcomed and had a good time too. Room was pleasantly clean and seemed to have not long been carpeted etc. shower had good pressure.
The location is good, room was clean, quiet area of the hotel so felt private and we weren't disturbed by any noise, breakfast was OK, we had a meal and it was OK value.
