Location was perfect for us, on the way to Disneyland Paris, we had an overnight stop over to break up our journey from the UK
Restaurant nearby was lovely, the fish brasserie and there was an Italian next door too.
Rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable.
We were able to cast our iPad to the tv as it had a google chrome cast attached to play a few films or programmes which was a nice touch too.
We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but we regretted that we didn’t.
Really good value for money all round

The staff were all OK and very helpful. Unfortunately staff at Campanile hotels are struggling these day to deliver a good service (which they were once able
to do a few years ago. Very sad really

Great hotel on the outskirts of town, with ample free secure parking. Staff are excellent and speak good English. The rooms are huge, well appointed, very quiet and comfortable although our bathroom would have benefited from a shower curtain to make showering easier. The food in the restaurant is excellent and well priced.

Plenty to see around the Chateau and its grounds.
Hard to get to the Armistice clearing to see the train carriage without your own car, there's no real public transport to it. But exploring the area around there could make an interesting day There's a memorial to Buchenwald that I did not get to.
The pedestrianised old town is pleasant to walk around with a great Town Hall.

Really lovely old town with buildings from different centuries - plus a royal palace. A vast forest is adjacent to the town with lovely villages. Lots to explore. We only stayed 1 night and had wonderful moules frites and fish & chips at Leon de Bruxelles. Very fresh food & very clean with excellent service.

Interesting attractive historic town.
Interesting attractive historic town. Lots to see nearby Inc in particular the armistice clearing. Good choice of restaurants and cafes. Although it is a minor point the tearoom at the Palais is crazy. Very attractive setting and tea served in exquisite China. But tearoom is a long walk from the Palais and has no toilet And the tea was a little cold.
Hotel was just right for a one night stop in Compiegne. If you don't need all the whistles and bells of a fancy hotel then this place is ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the gentleman at the check-in desk informed me that there were no parking spaces left as I had turned up on the weekend of a festival, however on seeing my disappointment went out of his way to find me a suitable space. Breakfast included basic choices, but was plentiful and reasonably priced
Property was easy to find, the keys were easy to locate. Sabrina had very kindly already made up the sofa bed for our daughter. Lovely touches like Madeleines and little chocolates in the basket and ‘bienvenue and my name’ written on the little blackboard. The apartment was spotless and very clean, tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. An easy 10 minutes walk into Compiegne town centre. We had a lovely few days and will be back. Merci Sabrina!
A wonderful apartment, perfectly equipped with everything you may need even for a prolonged stay, with two very comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a dining table, and a terrace. It is right in the centre of Compiègne, with a huge supermarket just downstairs. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. As a side note, it is on the first floor with no elevator.
Very nicely located. Walking distance from the center with lots of restaurants etc. Great to be able to park the car at the hotel. Rooms were a good size. Very friendly staff. The rooms are nicely decorated, nice curtains, but could do with a little update as long as they don’t make it to modern! Great you’re able to take the dog with you. Keep the homey feeling. Breakfast was good.
We stayed here underway to Paris. A great hotel to have a night of sleep before proceeding. We arrived around 2AM, where we were welcomed very kindly by the receptionist. The rooms looked like they were recently renovated, very stylish and clean and including a very comfortable bad. The breakfast is not very extensive, but the food itself is more than fine.
very friendly owners.
the breakfast was really good.
the location on the private property is beautiful, and its location in the forest itself is also very nice.
good for hiking and cycling and just chilling.
little living room where you can work/chill/read.
tip: restaurant rhyzome in compiègne was extremely delicious as well.
The hotel was close to bars and restaurants. The bread and croissants at breakfast were fresh and there was a good selection of other items. The gentleman on reception was very helpful and patient with my poor French vocabulary.
Maybe needs a bit of updating compared to the last Mercure hotel we stayed in but still had a good night with nice meal in restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable.
Stunning apartment very close to the centre of Compiegne. Beautifully appointed, well equipped and very comfortable. Very helpful, friendly hosts. Highly recommend.
