I would say that the only good thing about this Hotel was the very friendly and helpful staff who are clearly not responsible for the builing in which they work. Chambery old town is delightful and only a stonethrow from the Hotel and is within easy walking distance from the station.

Very friendly staff proposed that I leave the car directly outside the hotel rather than use the underground car park opposite because the car was too big (not enormous - an estate car) Very good breakfast.

I was staying from May 31- June 2nd in the superior room. I forgot my adapter charger was plugged in when I left, I called the hotel but the receptionist was not nice, she tried to avoid to find and told me that was not found, how came ? And put me on the line was very busy to wait.. this is not services as 4stars.. I would like to complaint about this

The place was an absolute gem, the food at the restaurant was excellent as was the wine from their own vineyard . Lovely room, beautiful pool and close to the main motorway.
