The rooms were easy to access, staff were friendly, hotel was easy to find, it was easy to park, wifi worked well, breakfast was tasty, beds & pillows were comfy and it was quiet. The bar and restaurant next door at the Mercure was good. Showers were hot.

Great location right in the center of town. We were only in Reims for 1 night so the hotel was a great choice. Room a decent size, we had a lovely little balcony and bed was very comfortable
