Limited but free parking outside hotel with on street option too. Friendly and informative reception, simple rooms but all that is needed. Typical continental breakfast was good. No lift to upper floors. Stay included local travel tickets with a tram stop nearby direct to the Old Town, about five stops away. Cycle hire available.

Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast excellent. Location - right next to the Munster - you couldn't be more central. The market just outside the hotel on Saturday was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed watching the children racing their wooden sailing boats in the water channels. A great spectator sport.

We arrived in the morning expecting to leave bags and the receptionist asked for our room to be cleaned so we were able to check in about five hours early, much appreciated! Beautiful view from the room and a good location to get the tram easily. I liked using the pool but it is a shame there is not a discount for hotel guests. The breakfast was really good and there is a nice Italian restaurant in the same sports centre. I felt at home here.
