Our stay at the hotel was excellent! We were thoroughly pleased with the meals offered, which provided a great variety and included healthy options. The SPA and resting area were particularly enjoyable, offering a serene environment for relaxation. It's also a wonderful place to visit with kids, as there are plenty of amenities to keep them entertained. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

This locality is the "snow corner of the Tiro" - it has snow in the valley when other resorts don't. The landscape and the village environments are beautiful and relatively without commercial architecture. The main ski-resort is brilliant - linked to Saalbach - Hin and also family friendly; Go to fantastic InterSport Gunther in the Fieberbrunn town for best value ski hire and apparel. Nearby St Jakob Buchansteinwand small ski area is great for learning and families and excellent value - get ski hire at the lift for best value. It has a family theme park and wonderful langlauf and touring territory as well as the Jakobskreutz - A massive "Cross" building on top of the Buchenstand mountain that can be seen for miles.

Two Wishes 1) The bill from the hotel does not show the bid price from booking.com. You have to add different items. I got the bid price finally. The billing should be improved for an easy check. 2)Coronavirus disease In Tirol is since February the coronavirus disease. My information is, that in our hotel no guest has had the disease. When we left Austria on March 14, we were asked from the German government to go in a two-week quarantine. I would be helpful for us to know if there was a guest with coronavirus disease in the hotel during our stay or a week before. Please take the strong position from Booking.com to get this information. This information is important for the assessment, if we have the disease Please provide the information as soon as possible Best regards.

First of all, beautiful view and location. secondly, it is convenience, cleanliness and comfort. And most importantly, these are the owners of this house, hospitable, responsive, as if you had come to visit, and not to a hotel. They help solve any problem and provide many different services. I recommend ordering breakfast, it was delicious and varied. This is the place you will be happy to come to again. It was a wonderful weekend for us and we will definitely come back here again.

The rooms were huge, furniture very comfortable and everything was incredibly clean and to a very high specification. Petra was a fantastic and friendly host. The apartment had a great location, ski lifts were just a short walk up the road and the centre of the pretty town just a short walk down the road. Perfect for our holiday. We didn't even get time to use the spa facility!

The apartment was well kitted out in terms of kitchen items etc. The bedrooms were very well appointed and our requests for toddler beds etc were all facilitated. Ski depot at the lift is also useful. The wellness area was amazing. I can recommend the Halbpension, great food for breakfast and dinner. Mixture of local dishes and diverse cuisines. Our waitress was so nice which made the whole experience so delightful!

A host who knows the region well and knows about mountains and skiing. I highly recommend it for a ski trip.
