The apartment is located in a very nice area with very good restaurant close by and at short distance of Punta Sabbioni. We rented a very comfortable 2 bedrooms apartment, everything was beautiful and clean. The Vaporetto from Punta Sabbioni to Venice is only 30 min. Overall, I recommend this place. Mrs. Mariaucia is very gentle and helpful.

I would like to share my impressions about the vacation in the apartments. First of all, I would like to say thank you. The apartments fully met our expectations, moreover, on arrival we were waiting for small gifts - surprises. This is very impressive and gives an understanding that the owners of the apartments put their heart into their work. The apartments are neat, tidy, there is absolutely everything you need. Also, I would like to note that Mrs. Betty is always on the phone, responds quickly to any questions, very nice and friendly. In the right places there are detailed instructions and rules for the use of appliances, which makes it easier to live in an unfamiliar accommodation. The information on the web was true. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and provided quick service. The apartment was large, very clean, in a quiet place but very close to the center and the pedestrian street. The beach was 5 minutes away, clean and big. The windows of two rooms iooked to the neighbor yard but it was quiet.
