The view from the room was spectacular.Cleanliness of this small hotel and friendliness of staff,with turndown service (with biscuits and prosecco on our last evening) was a nice touch. The quality of the beds and linen was of a very good standard.The small shower room was modern and efficient The buffet breakfast had lots of choice with fresh produce. The location was good,right on the coast road so some road noise but lots of fishing boats,yachts etc .to watch . Nearby were a choice of restaurants and bars with the main square a 15 minutes walk away. Close to the ferry to Luxouri,which is frequent and inexpensive ( car and/or foot passenger) We enjoyed it so much we booked another night and would definitely stay there again

I tend not to bother writing reviews but felt obliged to for this place. The service, the room, the attention to detail, the location: Canale is perfect. From the beautiful welcome, to the Bulgari cosmetics, to the stunning design. This was one of several luxury hotels I stayed at during this trip, and was comfortably the best.

Situated on Argostoli beachfront, just 240 metres from the central Vallianou Square, Kefalonia Grand features elegantly decorated rooms with modern furniture, a restaurant and free WiFi.

The hotel is located in the city of Argostoli and the parking is just opposite the hotel and along the the marina. I like the relax feel of the hotel and the white and open concept. Breakfast is great and chef is accommodating to make me fried eggs out of the menu. As usual I need hot water and the team was kind after 2 nights of request and gave me a kettle and 2 cups for me to make my tea. I was grateful. The hotel is located behind Argostoli square where there are plenty of restaurants and the walk down left is all the shopping so its very accessible and there is a very cheap local grocery down the street which we bought fruits.

Location was very good, rooms are super clean and cleaned every day. You have to walk a small hill if you're coming from the marina but its not bad. The staff tho were not friendly at all, didn't help with anything and didn't even smile. You can probably find a better deal down at the marina.
